On the afternoon of July 30, 2023, employee fire protection knowledge training and fire drill activities were carried out to provide guarantee for the company's normal production work and the safety of personnel and property.

The general manager of the company, Wang Hongbei, serves as the general commander of this fire drill and is responsible for organizing and directing the drill activities. Before the official start of the exercise, the command team carefully introduced the process and arrangements of the exercise activities to everyone, explained in detail how to use fire extinguishers correctly, how to organize the evacuation of department employees, etc., and pointed out fire hazards and preventions that are easily missed in daily work. Precautions for fire should be introduced into employees' fire awareness, guiding everyone to abandon the mentality of taking chances and firmly establish safety awareness.

Subsequently, the exercise command team simulated the fire scene and highly restored the disposal process after the fire. The heads of each department quickly organized the evacuation of department personnel to a safe centralized location and counted the number of people. The company safety officer made statistics and reported to the commander-in-chief of the exercise. In the end, all employees successfully completed the evacuation of the fire scene in 46 seconds. At the safe centralized location, security officers demonstrated how to correctly use and operate various types of fire extinguishers, and arranged for employees to practice fire extinguishing, experience the use of fire-fighting equipment and understand operating procedures.

Finally, the exercise command team placed special emphasis on the location of the company's power switches and fire hydrants, so that everyone could take emergency measures as soon as a fire broke out, cut off the power supply correctly, and prevent short circuits in wires from exacerbating the rapid spread of the fire.

Through this fire drill, all the company's personnel have further practical experience in fire emergency evacuation, correct escape and correct use of fire extinguishing equipment to a certain extent, improving the company's fire prevention and control capabilities and emergency response capabilities.
